“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars,”

Great effort by Seanmcm this evening representing Halliwell Boxing Club in the NORTHWEST quarter finals of NAGBC’s. We knew this would be a tough task at hand for Sean giving away a lot of experience in his first 3x3 minute rounds but he put a great effort which made us coaches and teammates proud!!

Good luck to his talented team tough opponent with the rest of his journey in these championships and looking forward to seeing Sean improving from such a great learning experience of a contest!!

Back out Saturday at Moss Side Fire Station ABC show and then Sunday back in the NAGBC with more of Halliwell Boxing Club fighters!!

Sometimes the most important conversations happen outside the ring. 🥊

This wasn't planned or scripted. Just a few words with the lads after training before they headed home.

Coaching isn't just about teaching someone how to throw a punch. It's about guiding them, building their character and helping them grow as people.

The boxing session might finish, but the responsibility of being a coach doesn't. 👊

🇮🇲 REPRESENTING THE NORTH WEST IN THE ISLE OF MAN! 🥊

A massive well done to Jordan, who travelled over to the Isle of Man to proudly represent the North West! 👏

Jordan was involved in a fantastic, entertaining contest against a talented opponent, narrowly losing out on a split decision in just his second bout.

Despite the result, he gave a great account of himself and gained some invaluable experience along the way.

He thoroughly enjoyed the trip and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to represent the North West.

Plenty more to come from this young man! 💪🥊

The morning of an amateur show never runs as smooth as you want it to.....

Missing gloves, missing headguards, sorting the last minute bits out 🤣 😤

🥊 THE HOME OF HALLIWELL ABC. 🏠

More than just a boxing gym. This is where champions are made, friendships are built and young people are given opportunities to become the best version of themselves.
From youngsters lacing up their gloves for the very first time to national champions representing our club on the biggest amateur stages, it all starts right here. 🥊

Years of hard work, dedication, blood, sweat and tears have gone into building what we have today.

One club. One team. One family.

“Wow what a night to remember at the toughsheet stadium”

A show we put together in just 12 days was possibility one of the best match ups we’ve ever done. A great atmosphere from start to finish at all fighters looked fantastic some fantastic wins for our club and 3 losses but most importantly everyone carried themselves like true professionals.

Thank you to the officials, volunteers, the staff at bolton wanderers, , our personal sponsors Cafe Italia who we couldn’t do without you and the travelling clubs and our coaches who work around the clock to give fighters opportunities ❤️
