Just got sent this off my wife! Funny how time flies 🕰️

Around 5 years ago, £100 in the bank, a £5,000 loan to buy a load of jigsaw mats and pads, a 6 month old Henry at home, and 3 nights a week in a local church. That was the start of the Prospect MMA journey 🚀

Have I paid that debt off? Yes!
Have I borrowed more money? Yep!
Am I still in debt? Yes! 🤣

Has it all been worth it? 100%! 🔥

Nothing happens overnight. There’s been plenty of ups and downs, setbacks and lessons learned along the way, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Sometimes you’ve just got to back yourself and give it a go. Nothing worth building comes easy!

Worst-case scenario? You go back to what you were doing before, but at least you’ll never have to wonder what could have happened if you’d tried.

5 years later, we’re still building, still learning and still a long way from where I want us to be! 🚀

Bet on yourself. You only get one shot at it! 🙏🏻👏🏼

Unanimous decision win for young last night! 🦍🔥

Made up for Jack, especially seeing how happy he was to get his hand raised after a brilliant back-and-forth fight 👏🏼

Jack started with us in our junior classes back when we were training in the church, and he’s still only 15 years old! 😮

He’s worked extremely hard for this moment, even getting up at 6am to hit the gym before school. That kind of dedication and discipline is rare, especially in a world where comfort and convenience are so easily available.

It’s been brilliant watching Jack grow from a young kid in our junior classes into the fighter and young man he is becoming. 💪🏻

Well done Jack! I’m sure your parents and family are incredibly proud of you, and so are all of us at Prospect MMA! 👏🏼🚀
