Tower Rolldown Bar ✨

A gentle yet powerful way to build core strength, improve spinal mobility and release tension through the back and shoulders, move slowly breathe deeply and let the bar guide you-

Looks easy trying to keep stable while the carriage moves while using the dumbbell ••••• try it

PROPRIOCEPTION is your body’s ability to sense where it is and how’s it moving ( especially on the moving carriage) Without the need to 👀

Pilates helps improve proprioception through :

• Balance & stability exercises
• Slow , deliberate transitions
• Core & joint awareness
• Precise alignment & posture
• Controlled mindful movements

This can support better coordination, confidence, mobility and safer movement— especially during rehabilitation and recovery ✨

Here I’m using one red spring into the lunge Russian splits position with a 4 pounder dumbbell for the overhead press ( think stability & strength)

Beginner 1 red
Intermediate 1 blue
Advanced no spring ( good luck )
Work your way up and think Proprioception!!!

Let me know how you get on 😉

“Want to refine your Pilates technique? Try these :

• Choose control over bigger range of movement.
• Keep breathing steadily — don’t hold your breath.
• Relax your jaw , neck and shoulders.
• Move slowly enough to stay in control.
• Notice your alignment, especially during transitions .
• Focus on one cue at a time .
• Keep your movements smooth rather than forcing them .
• Practice consistently, while giving your body time to recover.
•Stop or modify if a movement causes pain .
