"📣 Joint Community Update from Tempest United FC & CMB FC 📣
Dear Westhoughton & Chew Moor Village Residents,
We’re proud to announce that Tempest United AFC and CMB FC will host the final two fixtures of the inaugural West Lancashire League Groundhop this Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August 2025 — a celebration of grassroots football across our region.
⚽ Match Schedule:
• 11:00 AM – CMB FC vs Eagley
• 2:00 PM – Tempest United AFC vs Rossendale
With nine clubs participating across the weekend, we’re expecting a fantastic turnout and a lively atmosphere as fans gather to support local football. Both clubs are located within Chew Moor Village, and we’ve been working closely together to help manage traffic and minimise disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🎟️ Entry is just £3, with matchday programmes available for £2. Refreshments will be on sale throughout the day — so come hungry, come curious, and come ready to cheer.
