No competition, no comparisons just support and motivation 👍 exercise can be such a daunting thing to start but it’s places like these and the people that are in them that can really help people make some life changing new hobbies, habits and friends. All you have to do is walk through the door. X

What rugby is all about. Making friends through sport. While Saxon has been at he’s made such good friends with everybody that when two of them found out he was going on holiday to the Isle of Man, they invited him to come and train with them he jumped at the chance. Thanks to everyone there for making him feel part of the team for the night. He had a ball. Thanks to and all the guys , and at clearview for sponsoring saxon this season it helps make things like this possible.

Athlete Spotlight. This is Jake, getting four wins in four fights and achieving gold at the European youth para games. Big shout out to his coaches belting out the national anthem. Jakes absolute work Horse and has done himself and his family very proud. Well done buddy.

Athlete Spotlight. This is Maisie, one of my athletes meddling as a GB judo cadet at the European champs in Croatia a few weeks ago. Huge congratulations go out to her and her family for all the amazing effort she puts in and they facilitate. we’re all really proud of you well done.

A great couple of shots from our winter Olympics themed Buccaneers Rugby session this morning. Mixed ability Rugby for all ages and abilities. we did slalom, Bob Slade, park style big air and the shootie one. 🤷‍♂️😂
