Usual 6.30am start for my Tri Fit Swim group. Nice pace change session today. 💯

My Tri Swim Group were put through their paces this morning with a Latic production set. Always great to see the swimmers holding form with high elbow return even when swimming at high effort. Well everyone I was super impressed with your efforts 🙌 💯

Blustery walk up to Rivington Pike and finished the walk off with a well earned treat at Rivington Barn cafe. @ Rivington Pike

A little trip round the local hills. Went to see the "singing ringing tree" which was inspired from escapades. Very spooky sound from the wind hitting the pipes. Then finshed off with a walk up Holcombe Hill.
