Ok so here are some before and afters of my clients of people who don’t want to be tagged...
These girls have been with me 4-7 week and 1 or 2 sessions a week...

Now these 2 are my A-team different goals but same sessions and same drive...
aspinall_ looking to put on size but also be more lean and wanting to get strong/fit and drop inches !
They pt 1 session a week but they take full advantage of their plan by doing classes every single day ! They turn up
tired,hungover,moody,rain or shine and they always get the job done ! 10 week of eating better and being accountable has down them wonders! Here’s to the next chapter ! @ Real Life Health & Fitness
