Collagen supplement, does it really work?

Many of us reach for this supplement as with the ageing process, collagen production in the body naturally declines (it is commonly found in the skin, bones & connective tissues)

So collagen itself improves skin hydration, elasticity and completion ✔. However, it will not stop your ageing process or treat acne ❌

I normally use this supplement everyday in the morning and in the evening (2.5 - 5g per serve is good)

I use hydrolysed collagen (🍊 flavour) from .nutrition but you can reach for collagen peptites too🙂

It can be mixed with protein or added to your yoghurt, oats, pancakes, shakes, smoothie, coffee, and many more 🍩

However, research about this supplement is still very little so what I would suggest for your overall health is to stay hydrated and eat a balanced diet.

A balanced diet with adequate protein should provide you with enough essential amino acids to boost collagen production.

If you follow a plant-based diet or lack protein in the diet, a collagen supplement may be beneficial 👌🏼

Kasia's goal was to look her best for her wedding withing a short period of time👰🏻‍♂️💍

Because of her lack of education, she believed that some foods were bad hence she was under eating and couldn't lose weight.

We focused on basics which is drinking more water, improving on sleep quality and increasing her intake of calories🔝

She dropped 2.8kg but the visual difference is for you to judge😉

Not everybody needs to drop weight massively in order to see a difference (including myself).

So I would highly suggest you to focus on a good split training, increasing your daily activities, bump up your calories, focus on basics as drinking water, sleep and stress management, and the results will come eventually🙌🏼

wanted to take her physique to the next level - from toning up body in 2020 to her first bikini competition in 2021 👙😍

She's already made an amazing progress since she joined my online coaching team last year

Physique check - prep mode on👙

We are 17 weeks out 😎

After finishing Uni assignments in January then going through Covid, I did a few steps back.

If you feel behing with your progress remember that as long as you are back on track, you will regain your strength and muscles much faster

🔥I'm training 3/4 times legs a week
🔥2nd week of 5x 30min cardio to keep my food still high
🔥Follow by stomach vacuum and stretching
🔥Slowly dropping carbs down

A clear vision, backed by definite plans, gives you a tremendous feeling of confidence and personal power💪🏼

Some people say "it's genetics", I say it's a hard work + consistency + patience ⬇️ read

Hard work beats generics anytime if genetics don't work hard enough 😉

I believe other girls that I posted would totally agree with this concept (slide ➡️). Those are also some of the athletes that inspired me thoughtout my fitness journey 💕 (thanks for being there🙏🏼)

When you really want to grow your muscles make sure you put 100% of effort, as if you put only 80% - you will get 80% of results 💪🏼

Wherever you are in your fitness journey it requires a lot of patience to get where you wanna get, so don't give up because it's hard!

Stay focused, push harder and results eventually will come 💯

This is for all of you out there who are struggling to feel motivated right now 🙋🏻‍♀️😬

90 percent of behavior change (starting a new gym or training program, eating healthier, meditating regularly, etc.) occurs by taking action before you feel motivated to act.

I've been having a hard time getting motivated to go back to training again for the past 2 weeks because my Uni project held me back and then Covid got me😩😷

So, the past few days I’ve been testing this out by making myself get out of bed (for walk or training at home) even if I didn't want to, and I always come home happy. Now I find myself looking forward to my trainings for the rest of the week. I just need to try this with meditation and go back to breathing techniques and cold showers with 😉🥶

What are your tips and tricks to get in gear even if you don’t feel like it? Let me know! ⬇️

The pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming😏

No matter if I'm on holiday or not😎 For me must is a must🏋️‍♀️💪🏼

to holiday in Poland and amazing production panaceum.produkcje that have recorded some of my sweaty moments in Poland 😅

It was a fun, and that was done 1 day before my brother's wedding. I still manage to go to the gym to do what's needed to be done😏

Of course I would have preferred to stay at home chilling, talking to my family or spending more time doing something else.
But after 4 years of training, exercising became part of my life. I am so used to it that I get to the point where I actually feel bad for skipping my gym sessions🙈

For some people, fitness is a waste of time, others would say we are crazy or just a show off, but remember that if we didn't train consistently we wouldn't look the way we look and we wouldn't get where we are now🙂

It's about our personal choices, so choose wisely as we all have the same amount of hours in a day😉⏳

Life is not a practice run, it only happens once but it gives us many chances to do better and be better🙆🏽‍♀️

My current weight (58kg) remain the same as it was before my brother's wedding🤵🏽👰🏽 I enjoyed it to the full and can't regret any cake I had🍰 or anything I drank🍷🥃🥂

13 days till my next holiday, so let's grind this body as much as I can😏🌞

Who really cares?

As long as you can accept yourself it's all good🙏🏼

If you have anyone around you putting you down by saying you are too muscular or you are too chubby, than that's their insecurity, not yours😉

People will always tell you what they don't like or bothers them, but did they even ask if u are happy?🤔

Well... F*** them and be happy for what you do for yourself, not others🙌🏼

Don't forget that your personality remain the same and you are still the same awesome person as you were before😉👌🧡
