17 years ago Facebook memories popped up and reminded me of something important… fitness isn’t a punishment — it’s a lifestyle 💪

Is it always easy? Absolutely not.
There are days when motivation is low… and that’s where discipline steps in.

Am I consistent 100% of the time? No.
But I show up around 80% — and that’s what makes the difference.

Exercise and nourishing my body with good, wholesome food genuinely make me feel happy, strong, and energised ✨

As a Personal Trainer, I always tell my clients:
🏋️‍♀️ Exercise is not a punishment
🥗 Tracking your food isn’t about restriction — it’s about awareness and understanding how to fuel your body

If you feel like you’ve lost your way with your health and fitness, that’s okay. Starting again can feel tough… but with time, those small changes turn into habits, routines, and a whole new mindset.

And then something amazing happens…
You start to feel better mentally AND physically 🙌

On Tuesday 13th January 10am at Thrive Gym Bolton,I have a new Mother and baby fitness class.
As long as you are 6 / 12 weeks postpartum and have been given the all clear to start exercising then this class will be great for you and your baby.
Don’t worry if you are a complete beginner,we will just gently move.
If you are familiar with exercise but just can’t get to a gym due to childcare then this is perfect for you too,no babysitter need.
Message me to secure a spot.
