Following suit with our previous members of the month’s, we celebrate our members not only by achievements but by acknowledging their qualities and the impact they create within the fitbox community on a daily basis.

James is an absolute definition and representation of the ethos fitbox encourages, all effort no ego. Even though he is one of the higher skilled members within the community he puts that aside and welcomes new faces to the classes, always willing to partner with them and take them through movements they may have never performed before.

This kind of selflessness has never been expected, never been asked for but has always been displayed by james a true team player !!
