What a beautiful day!

Yoga, wild spa adventures, breathtaking views, delicious food... but most of all, connection and community. 🥰

Fourteen wonderful women came together to share such a positive energy, with plenty of laughter, opportunities to get very close to nature 🦅! Shared deep breaths mindfulness, and great chat.

Days like these are a reminder of the magic that happens when women come together to support, encourage, and lift each other up. Feeling so grateful to have spent my Sunday with you 🤍✨

I've been teaching Chair Yoga for over a year now, and it is the most wonderful practice. I'm talking about for me, not the classes, although I'm sure they love it too😉!

I've had so many lovely opportunities since beginning, teaching at a Cumbernauld Day Support Centre (CACE) and more recently, teaching adults with additional support needs. I've met so many beautiful souls and I can honestly say it is so rewarding to be able to teach something I love to people who are getting so much from the practice 🪷🕊

When it’s nice, we’ll be taking our yoga into the garden for some sessions. It’s a lovely way to practice, surrounded by trees and birds singing, gives us all that extra bit of connection to the earth, a nice wee reminder that we are one with the universe, which I think we all need right now 🕊️💕

A wee bit of a pinch me moment as I say this, but I'm excited to share that I'm hosting a beautiful wee day retreat in Perthshire!

Join me in the beautiful Ochil Hills, at Maycroft Wild Spa for a day of yoga and, well, wild spa-ing!

So what will we do?

🧘‍♂️Yoga - 2 sessions in a beautiful Fairy Lit Tipi, one energising Vinyasa flow to start, one slow, restorative session to send you home on a wee cloud.
🌿Wild spa - wood fired sauna for warmth and relaxation, cold plunge tubs or outdoor shower to awaken your senses, then more relaxation in the aromatherapy hot tub.
🍓🥑 Lunch - may or may not involve strawberries and avocados, but it will be delicious either way! We end with tea and homemade cake.

This will be a full day to relax, re-charge and reconnect with yourself.

Spring Yoga Classes
🌱 Spring...it's the perfect time to start something new. My yoga classes at Place to Pause and Breathe are suitable for all levels.
There is a Chair class for a low impact, feel good flow to help with mobility and strength. Vinyasa if you would like to flow between postures and build strength and flexibility on and off the mat, and Saturday Community Yoga for a gentle flow and peaceful start to your Saturday. All classes combine movement with breath and should leave you feeling calmer and more centred.

This block we will:
✨ Focus on awakening the body while staying grounded
☀️ Include Sun Salutations to energise and welcome fresh vitality
🔄 Add twists to detox, refresh and release stagnant energy
💚 Heart-opening poses to invite growth and new opportunities
🕊️ Gentle inversions to create lightness and a fresh perspective

Easter Sunday road trip. Happy Easter!

With new Spring blocks for all classes starting on Wednesday 8th April and four seasons in one day this Easter Weekend, I thought I'd share some photos from my Easter 🌷🌱❄ The classes are inspired by Nature, starting off gently and warming up just like (hopefully!) Spring.
