What a pleasure, lots of new and old faces today and we had a wonderful time as always.

Everyone jumped straight in and got to work.

We had such a lovely session filled with smiles and laughter.

Well done for your first session that was brilliant.

Our Learning and Development group back to business yesterday after the break.

Starting their year off strong and putting in lots of effort after a well deserved Christmas break.

Our Sunday sessions are great for family’s to come and get involved together.

This is a video of Dillon who joins us on Sundays, the confidence and change in Dillon has been astonishing. Dillon and his mum now participate together in training, having fun and just enjoying time together.

Sunday sessions are quieter and more relaxed and we welcome families to come and get involved together.

Well done to Dillon on the progress both mentally and physically.

First weekend session of the year and everyone was full of energy and ready to go.
