Just a reminder that the new SoulFusion block starts back on Wednesday 12th June and will for 5 weeks.
Pls can those from the last block confirm if they wish to attend and which time class they would prefer, either 6-7pm or 7-8pm.
Depending on numbers, it may just be the 1 class 6:30-7:30pm.

🧘♀️ SoulFusion is a creative blend of yoga inspired flows, balance sequences, short cardio bursts and Pilates style core and strength training all to great tracks!
❓ Who is this class suitable for?
There are modifications for all levels in the group exercise class so any fitness levels and abilities are welcome and will be catered for.
SoulFusion trains strength, balance and flexibility and can help improve overall fitness levels!
The only thing you’ll need is a mat and a drink!
📍 The classes will be held at St James school on Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm and will run in term time blocks. Classes start next Wednesday 28th Feb
This block will be 5 weeks taking us up to the Easter holidays 🐣
💵 cost is £4 per session (£20 for 5 week block) and block payments are preferred and will secure your place.

🧘♀️ New for 2024…..Pilates for Menopause 🧘♀️
A 4 week course consisting of 8 Pilates classes aimed at different areas of the body to help relieve stress, tension and help improve symptoms associated with different stages of the menopause.
There’ll be 2 Live Facebook classes per week on a Tuesday and Thursday 6-6:45pm
Week 1
Tuesday - Pilates for neck and shoulder pain
Thursday - Pilates for bone health
Week 2
Tuesday - Pilates for common menopause symptoms
Thursday - Pilates to strengthen the pelvic floor
Week 3
Tuesday - Pilates for pelvic pain and pelvic tension
Thursday - Pilates for metabolism
Week 4
Tuesday - Pilates for hips, knees and spine
Thursday - Pilates for posture
These classes are gentle and designed for anyone experiencing any tension, stress or just simply wanting a good stretch, improve mobility or help manage any menopausal symptoms.
Anyone doing the 4 week block will be added into a private group where the classes will go live and each will be sent a copy of my ‘Menopause Matters’ guide with information, tips and advice around all stages of menopause.
You will be included in a group where you can engage as much or as little as you like with one another.
Parts of the classes will be standing and some lying down or sitting. For anyone with any flexibility issues it would useful to have a yoga block or 2 and a mat 😊
The cost for the 8 classes and the digital information pack is £40. Please feel free for any further information ☺️
