Recent BBD course in Dublin, had a great time

Last weekend we were in Dublin at the Hombu dojo for the first course of 2023 and the first of the 40th anniversary year of the BBD. A great weekend of training and catching up with old friends and sparring partners. Great to spend some time with this family and always great to see Shihan Brian McCarthy too. Congratulations to those who stepped up to take their shodan test and to those who extended their journey beyond. You all did really well. Until the next one

The 2019 BBD UK National course has taken place this weekend. I’m very proud to have hosted the course here in Liverpool, big thanks to Shihan Brian Mc Carthy for a fantastic course, the content and intensity were brilliant throughout.
