Book our special charity session on Friday 25th September, helping us to spread awareness and support the amazing Macmillan Cancer Support Charity.

Join us for a tranquil class of self-discovery, meditation and Reiki whilst listening to the soundwaves.

During the session you will be totally immersed in the healing energy of reiki mixed with celestial sounds of the singing bowls as they guide you into deep meditation. You will experience total relaxation with balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow and yoga mat for extra comfort.

If you can please wear green to show your support💚
