Our junior sessions are back for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday !!!

Our Tuesday BR open session at 7:35 and Saturday session will now be cash only.

We have requested this previously but are not putting out an official post.

Our carded boxers sessions will be open for cash or card payments.

UPDATED TIMETABLE ⬆️🗓️

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY - 7pm-8:30pm carded boxer session. £5 per person. All ages.

TUESDAY
6:30pm-7:30pm Women’s session. 15 years +. £5 per person

7:35pm-8:45pm Non carded adult session 16 years+. £5 per person

THURSDAY- DIY session 6pm-8pm. All ages. £5 per person.

SATURDAY- Open session 10:30am-11:30pm. All ages. £5 per person.

🔔🔔NO NON CARDED JUNIOR SESSION🔔🔔

Due to low attendance, we have decided to close the non carded 6pm-7pm non carded junior session on Monday and Wednesday, and will open it back up at the start of the school term.

The 7pm-8:30pm carded junior and adult session will continue as normal.

Come down to our Saturday session tomorrow and start your day getting a sweat on with bag work, partner work, and a circuit all fit into an hour!

Everyone is welcome regardless of age, gender, or experience!

🔔FRIDAY CARDED BOXER SESSION IS BACK ON!🔔

In preparation for the boxing season, the Friday boxing session is back for the carded boxers.

The non carded boxers session will not be back on again until school starts back.

Carded boxers - we will require 100% commitment this season.

We will require you to:
-Attend the 3 seasons a week.
-Get your runs in!
-Bring your mouthguard to every session.
-You will spar when told by a coach, not when you want.
-Bring water.
-Take your rubbish and clothes with you at the end of the session.

Our carded junior and adult session is back this Friday 21st August!

Make sure if you are boxing this season that you are coming to all three sessions. Failure to commit will mean that you move down to the uncarded session!
