This isn’t just another machine added to the floor. Gymleco equipment is built in Sweden, has an incredible reputation worldwide, and represents exactly the standard we want Mayhem to keep moving towards.

Every penny we can, we continue to reinvest back into the gym.

Event start 10AM

DEADLIFT:
Every athlete will do opening weight then the bar will be rising 10kg at a time.

Opening weights:
Women 80kg
Men 120kg

Athletes can choose to skip weights.
Good solid lockout at top.
Hitching is ok.
All straps are ok.
No suits.
No dropping the bar after lock out or you will be given no lift.

LOG PRESS:
Every athlete will do opening weight then the bar will be rising 5kg at a time.

Opening weights:
Women 35kg
Men 80kg
Athletes can choose to skip weights.
Good solid lockout at top.
No suits.
No dropping the log after lock out or you will be given no lift.

£20 entry fee for single comp entry.
£30 for both competitions.

🏃‍♀️💗 CHARLOTTE IS RUNNING THE LONDON MARATHON 2027! 💗🏃‍♀️

We’re incredibly proud of our member Charlotte C**k who is taking on the amazing challenge of running the London Marathon in 2027 all while raising money for Whizz-Kidz, a charity very close to her heart ❤️

Charlotte will be putting in the miles to help raise vital funds for this incredible cause!

Every donation, big or small, can make a huge difference!

New Exigo Strength Half Rack & Deadlift Platform installed!
Been after one of these for a long time - we had two power cages which tend to confine you within the space so wanted one of each to allow for stepping out, deadlifting etc.
Coupled with our full set of calibrated plates and bumpers (plus 4 x 50kg calibrated plates to cater for Dean Mason 😂) this set up is perfect for our Powerlifting area 💪
