What a night! Thank you to everyone who came to join my inner dance session last night!
Thank you everyone who showed up for themselves, even though they had no idea they were about to face and expose some of their vulnerabilities.
The biggest changes come when you are ready and I’m pretty sure everyone walked out of that room a different person to when they walked in.
I will be booking a date for my next Inner Dance in February soon, so if you’re ready to take the next step then join me and let’s shift and rise together 🙏🏻💕

2023 Inner Dance is now complete.
I want to say a big thank you to everyone who joined me last night for the final inner journey of the year. What a special and very powerful healing experience it was.
Thank you to everyone who has joined me this past year, for showing up for YOURSELF!!!!
The healing path can be tricky at times but eventually when you look back on how much your life has changed you will only see how it was worth it!
I’m really looking forward to seeing what next years Inner Dance sessions bring, and a new venue too!!!

Not sure if it’s a scam but received a message from Meta saying as I have infringed the rules they are going to immediately close my Facebook business page down..
This is my response! If I disappear I will see you over on Rumble!
I’m not concerned, maybe it’s time to say bye bye to Facebook altogether.
