✨️Trust the timing of your path. You are exactly where you need to be✨️
"Asteya" is one of the Yamas (ethical principles) in yoga philosophy - meaning non-stealing.
Whether it is on the mat, Asteya is about non-stealing in movement, not forcing the posture where the body does not belong.
Or off the the mat, Asteya teaches us to reclaim what is our - breath, our time, trust and contentment. Small moments of yoga, breathwork or mindful walks can bring us back to ourselves.

✨️ Surrender to what is. Let go of what was. Have faith in what will be.. ✨️ (Sonia Ricotti)
These three phrases summarize a powerful philosophy for navigating life's uncertainties.
"Surrender to what is " encourages acceptance of the present moment, embracing reality without resistance.
"Let go of what was" promotes releasing past regrets, hurts and attachments, freeing ourselves from the weight of the past.
"Have faith in what will be" inspires trust in the future, fostering hope and courage despite the unknown.
These principles offer a path to inner peace and a more fulfilling life, built on acceptance, release and faith. ❤️☀️
