We will gradually look to increase classes, times & days .

In Christchurch Town centre!
I will be looking to try to rebuild some of our community spirit and classes !
For those of you that have attended my classes over the last 8 years or so be it bounce or pilates or anything else you will know that I am passionate about fitness. And building every one up to be them best selves , this journey has always been about raising people up and having a community! we have a opportunity here to work back up to the vast array of classes I used to offer pre lockdown!
We Will also be able to provide personal training sessions.

I intend to obviously build back up slowly but surely!
But for this to be possible I need your support!!
Covid stripped me of all of my 9 venues all of my 5 shadow instructors and my studio !

When I launched this brand my goal to use real unedited photos of real women which is why myself and my daughter are in the majority of the photos, we have had many photo shoots with real women .

We do have a variety of models now ranging from a size 6 to 18 all our pictures are unedited , I may enhance the brightness and clarity of the photos but we definitely do not use beautify and slimming apps !

I quite often look at my photos these days and think I look old , and imperfect, but them I have to remember the pics that we see that are perfect have probably had the waist nipped, tummy shaved , bum enhanced, abs enhanced, legs shaped , jaw line chiseled the list goes on !!
