New class starting!
Maybe Pilates is something you've dismissed before because getting up and down off the floor is not possible for you. Well you would be very welcome to join my new seated Pilates class! You will still improve your mobility, strength and coordination in this class. Tuesdays at 11.30am - 12.30pm starting on the 3rd June and running for 6 weeks (block of 6 classes @ £60)

It has been so great getting back to classes after the Christmas break! Happy New Year to those of you I've not yet seen and looking forward to classes today and tomorrow 🥳 I do currently have a couple of spaces in my Wednesday evening class at Jass and Thursday morning class at Moordown Community Centre so if you haven't got those new years resolutions started yet why not give Pilates a try... your body will thank you 😉
