Only a few of the boys made it through the month completing Movember. That doesnt however take away from its importance. Mens health is still over looked but you can help change that. Talk to a mate, check up on each other, and if you can please donate!

Weve hit the half way point through and here is how the boys are getting on.

Growing a mo' isnt just about trying out some new facial hair, its all about raising awareness, and if you can money, for mens health, both mental and physical.

Men, as a rule, are greatly overlooked by both themselves and others when it comes to looking after themselves and it needs to change. Thankfully this is starting to move in the right direction but more still needs to be done.

So this weekend, if you can donate https://movember.com/m/14993149?mc=1, but DEFINATELY check in on a bro.

Look after yourselves.
