**I need to start looking after myself**

This is a phrase most of us would have heard if not said.

However as we get older it is even more important, there’s the obvious benefits to your heart and weight that comes with training but also even more beneficial is the positive effect it has on your body’s hormones.

The main natural changes we will face can all be improved by regular exercise.

Guys - unfortunately from about 35 we drop around 1% of testosterone per year, the effect this has on the body can be huge and normally negative

Ladies - The menopause, completely natural but this also comes with a lot of negatives

By regular training you can improve your body’s hormone balance and ultimately stay healthier for longer.

This is something I am really keen on promoting as I have seen the effects it has had on current clients.

Let’s Sit Down And Talk About Fitness!

** WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT**

You are not in a Calorie deficit!!

Ask yourself a few simple questions

➡️ How did you work out your calorie target?

➡️ Do you know your BMR? (if u don’t know what this is you need to message me)

➡️ How are you tracking your calories?

➡️ Do you know/calculates your TDEE (again unsure what this is you need to message me)

Many people try to work calories out themselves or have a PT do it but unfortunately sometimes this is wrong or simply not explained well!
Get this calculation correct at the start and you will lose FAT FACT!!!!!!
