Retreat Highlights:

Hour 1: Chakra-balancing breathwork (pranayama), gentle joint warm-ups, uplifting affirmations, and foundational yoga poses.

Hour 2: Gravity Trapeze Yoga—accessible for all levels, using hammocks for support. Includes one optional inversion.

Hour 3: Immersive Gong Bath Sound Healing to integrate the practice and promote cellular healing.
