‼️Before Vs After ‼️

So Just before Lockdown 2.0 I did a Free 4 Week Home Programme for those who wanted it during Lockdown - Here is the results of one of them 🙌🏽

We worked out what she wanted to be eating in calories a day to be in a calorie deficit & how much protein she needs to be eating along side x5 30-40 min sessions a week from the comfort of her home with regular walks to get her NEAT up! She wasn’t busting hours worth of exercise nor was she eating like a hamster and starving herself on some silly unsustainable diet! She’s worked hard but still managed to live an ordinary life! 👏🏽

Imagine what could be achieve from having access to a gym in 8-12 weeks from what progress she’s made in 28 Days!

Everyone shouldn’t expect the same results but what you can expect is to create good habits and good relationship with food over 28 days and this was my main aim for all those that participated!

‼️ Why Do I Do Personal Training ‼️

So there’s a few reasons I do what I do!
Firstly I do it because I enjoy all aspects of gym - I love feeling good about myself, I love challenging myself, I love sports and exercise etc it’s all I ever known being a Former Footballer for Southampton & England! “Find a Job you Love and you’ll never work a day in your life” - that sums up how I feel about being a trainer/coach!

Secondly I love seeing people become better versions of themselves, there’s so much correlation between exercise & positive emotions! Often people come to me for help & wanting to achieve their goals, often losing weight etc & achieve their goals always leads to that feel good factor and I thrive off of seeing people change their lives/health for the better!

There’s loads of different reasons for why people choose to go down a career path and this is just a little insight into why I do what I do! 😁💪🏽

‼️How I Coach ‼️

I aim to Educate & Create Long-term Habits! As a coach I aim to teach and for my clients to learn about exercise & healthy lifestyle and the benefits from it and the long-term changes they can continue whether a client of mine in the future or not!
It’s not rocket science to be a PT nor is it to be able to help someone lose weight but it is however a challenge to help clients understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it (this applies to exercises as well as what they’re eating) - if a client understands the method behind the madness more often than not they’re going to buy into it! As well as this, if the develop a good relationship with food and what is in foods than they’re going to be better at keeping the weight they lose long-term! Rather than see me for 8-12 weeks lose weight and achieve they’re goals and then when they stop seeing me gain everything we worked so hard to lose!
Fun‼️ Training has to be fun! Clients need to enjoy training otherwise they’ll find it a chore and won’t find it motivating - yes make them work hard but encourage & have a laugh and become someone the like to come and see! These are things I like to consider important to the way I coach and helping people find themselves is one of the great kicks I get out of my job!
