📸 November’s photoshoot was an incredible experience, captured by the talented . I was truly impressed by the amazing women who joined me that day.

We faced some unexpected challenges—two ladies had to drop out last minute, and one discovered she was pregnant just after we booked the shoot. But that’s life, right? We adapt and support each other through every twist and turn.

Each of these women is an experienced lifter, but on that day, it wasn’t about our pasts or how long we’ve been on our fitness journeys. It was about coming together to create something special and make lasting memories.

Stepping out of our comfort zones is what makes us stronger. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to reignite your passion for it, remember that it’s perfectly okay to document where you are.
Every step counts, and every moment is worth celebrating.

🤩Client transformation post 🤩

Here’s Jo with a 10kg DB to represent holding the weight she’s lost in the last 6 months ⚖️.
That’s right she’s lost a massive 10kg and gained so much strength since we’ve started together in February 👏🏼.
The goal was to be fit and fabulous not flabby (her words) in her 50s.
The biggest change for .sinclair.758 is consistency with her nutrition. She started tracking her nutrition and with the accountability from myself she’s dropped body fat whilst still enjoying nights out, a holiday, regularly enjoys sweet treats, meals and weekends away and even though she suffers with fibromyalgia and has regular flare ups she hasn’t given up but has been more consistent than she’s even has been 😁.
This is why she’s smashing her weight loss.
Nothing slows this fabulous woman down and she’s such a pleasure to train and coach 💪🏼👏🏼🤩 Well done Jo 🙌🏼

I did something I’ve wanted to do in a while…….

I’m thrilled to share that I am now a qualified EIQ Certified Nutritionist!
This journey has significantly boosted my confidence in teaching sustainable nutrition practices. I firmly believe in a non-restrictive approach, and this course has equipped me with even more tools to help my clients achieve lasting results.
You are an individual and this course has proved my methods work alongside mindset and accountability to get you the long lasting results you’ve been looking for 🥳

Life is a challenge constantly juggling work, kids, and everything in between, it’s easy to put yourself last. But here’s a little reminder: it’s okay to be a work in progress.
Life isn’t about being perfect; it’s about getting just 1% better each day.
Keep showing up for you 💪🏼
Today, I challenge you to do one small thing for yourself, these little actions can create a ripple effect in your life.
It could be:
✅ Going for a walk
✅ Getting a workout in
✅ Making a home cooked meal full of protein and veggies
✅ Making a meal planner for the week
You don’t have to find hours in the day but I bet you can find 20minutes 😳.

💪🏼Transformation Journey: From being fed up with weight gain and injuries to holiday ready! 💪🏼
This is transformation journey, he wanted to learn more about what and how to eat for his goals.
As well as looking and feeling his best for his holiday this summer.
So i showed him how to eat to lose the body fat whilst fuelling his training
He’s continued to carry on with calorie tracking, eating more than ever before and still dropping body fat whilst gaining muscle mass 💪🏼👏🏼
This is what happens when you stay consistent and learn that nutrition plays a huge role in body composition 🙌🏼

🎯 Sammy lost 9.7kgs or 21lbs of body fat
🎯 He got back his love for the gym
🎯 Still enjoyed nights out whilst sticking to his goals
🎯 He’s now looking forward to his holiday and summer ☀️⛱️🏖️.

Jackie’s amazing 8 week transformation 🤩
She was struggling with:
😔 lack of motivation
😔 not taking care of herself
😔 not sleeping well
😔 low mood
After 8 weeks of working on healthier habits and routine she
🤩 lost 7kgs
🤩 8.5 inches lost off her whole body
🤩 learnt how to fuel her body correctly
🤩 better sleep
🤩 motivation to exercise and go to the gym is back
🤩 feeling much better in herself ✅

Mr & Mrs Lane Testimonial 💪🏼🏅
These two legends absolutely smashed their 8 week nutritional prep for their first Hyrox competiton.
The goal was to lose a little bit of weight arm learn how to fuel themselves for the event and all the training they do for it 💪🏼.
All training was provided by
Nutrition provided by myself.
Between them they lost 7.2kg or 15lbs and they enjoyed most of social events over Christmas too.

🔥4 week nutrition client 🔥
Jamie is proof you can’t “out train” a bad diet. He loves sugary sweets and was reliant on these for energy.
Jamie had no problem training and always pushed himself.
But his nutrition needed attention
🎯 6.8kg ⬇️
