Time to go home…

One last look around our Old Spanish Mill Retreat venue - home for the last 10 days - before a trip down to the sea side of Almería for lunch, before our flight home!

What a wonderful relaxing week we have all had in this beautiful part of Southern Spain - time to press the pause button for a while and breathe in the slower pace of Spanish lifestyle.

Big thank you to all our gorgeous retreating yogis for your joyful company, from myself and my trusty sidekick - who has kept our bellies happy and bravely driven the minibus! 😅

We have laughed so much this week and are returning home with some fabulous memories of time spent in the company of some very special women - we love you all ♥️

Day 6

Time to pile into the Old Spanish Mill’s mini bus for a day out!

First stop - Balsa de Cela - the most wonderful thermal spring pool, which we had all to ourselves to enjoy in the October sunshine.

Next stop Castillo Nazari in Serón and an audience with the most stunning views of the whole area - awesome day out!

Emotive!! So important to find a cook/chef who prepares and cooks for our guests with love and passion for the retreat experience…

Our very own has been cooking for our retreats for many years and brings a special flavour to the table at every meal.
