Who's running tomorrow with buggies at Alum Chine... 9.30?

As the dust settles from the fireworks... Do you have a desire to get healthy this year? To lose weight, get stronger, run a distance? I have a few options to get you there...
*10 personal training sessions for £200 (instead of £250)
*10 sessions for you and a partner for £250 in total (instead of £350)
*10 sessions of £10 each for you and 2 friends £300 in total.

We will tackle motivation, nutrition, exercise, work-life balance, and other health and fitness matters as required. It's all about a healthy lifestyle and I will give you the tools to carry on throughout the year.

Just had a great Running Strong class in the gardens, ready for Beach Buggy class at Alum Chine at 11. Such mild weather! And lovely ladies ☺
