Our FULL October Half-term Sports & Play Camp schedule is now LIVE ✅

Parents on our mailing list have had first dibs at the available spaces, we are now opening up bookings for all.

STARTING TOMORROW Boxing & Fitness Sessions At Bendall’s Gym 🥊

Our kids boxing sessions are starting at Bendall’s Gym in Parkstone from tomorrow!

These are completely non-contact focusing on pad work, fitness, confidence and basic technique through active and fun games. They are being created as a pathway into a boxing gym from our extremely popular school based sessions.

The details:
- Tuesdays: Mini Champs (Ages 4 - 7)
- Fridays: Future Champs (Ages 7 - 11)
- Cost: £6.50 per session (your first session is free).
- Bendall’s Gym, 382 Ashley Rd, Parkstone, BH14 9DQ (entrance is the red door right next to The Churchill)

All sessions are led by England Boxing qualified coaches from Foundation Sports and Bendall’s Gym (fully DBS-checked, safeguarding, and paediatric first aid certified).

Spaces fill up quickly (Friday is sold-out with a waiting list open) you can book directly via www.foundation-sports.com/dorset (just scroll to Bendall’s Gym), drop us an email at [email protected] or give us a call on 01202 007785.
