The gym is now shut for the festive holidays and will reopen Monday the 5th of January 👊

Travelled down to Team Exmouth Amateur Boxing Club for Frank's first skills bout next generation making their way onto the circuit 🥊🥊🥊🥊

So tonight we had our SEND Awareness Course delivered at our gym and had coaches from 5 different gyms come and participate.
We absolutely recommend anyone who coaches to take this course .

So tonight Winton ABC were at HMS Nelson for a bout against a good lad from the Navy. Keean boxed to instruction in a great bout showing composure and picking his shots cleanly and with good variety.
We didn't get the decision but we know what we have to work on to get the wins.
Overall a great experience for us as a club and we loved every minute. Thanks to the Royal Navy Boxing for having us on
