London Spring International 2026 🥇

A moment from my final match last Saturday at the IBJJF London Spring International.

This photo captures the finish — securing the mount and applying an Ezekiel choke for the submission.

What I enjoy most about Jiu-Jitsu is that the result you see on competition day is only a small part of the story. Behind every match are months of training, physical preparation, technical refinement, setbacks, adjustments, and the support of training partners who help sharpen you every day.

I’m grateful to everyone at the academy, my coaches, teammates, students, friends, and family for being part of the journey.

Now it’s time to get back to work and continue preparing for the next challenge.

🥇 Gold at the IBJJF London Spring International Open 2026.

Today I competed in the Master 5 Black Belt Middleweight division and came away with two victories to take first place.

In the semi-final, I won 7–0 and secured a choke from mount. In the final, I won on points and advantage, earning the gold medal.

Every competition is an opportunity to test yourself, learn, and grow. I’m grateful for the experience, my training partners, students, coaches, friends, and family who support me throughout this journey.

Now it’s back to the academy and back to work. The learning never stops.
