It's been 3 years since I started the sling library Seaside Slings! I just so happened to put the same baby in a sling 3 years to the day as this first picture came up in my memories! I'm so thrilled with how far we've come in 3 years to now have the shop

We have so many more plans for the next 3 years 🥰

What workshop do you want to see next?

Now that we have some back carrying workshops scheduled in (book now on the website!), what other workshops would you be interested in attending? I have trained with CalmFamily and can run a variety of different workshops for parents! I am thinking one of the following next: Baby Weaning, Baby Sleep, Toilet Learning, Toddler Behaviour.

Back carrying workshops are back! Book now!

Hopefully my last ever day working from home! The only reason I’m not at today is because I have a Zoom training day for and the floor is being put down in the shop today. But Katy is there holding down the fort and making sure it all goes smoothly. Updates on that tomorrow. Very excited!

Settling in well to their new play area in the shop while we painted! Big things are coming!

First whole day I've had in a while to fully focus on work without distractions (apart from social media 🤪) I've got a cuddly companion here to "help" as well!

I'm currently working on my babywearing peer support course. When I finish I'll be able to train others to be a babywearing peer supporter! Would being a babywearing peer supporter be helpful in your line of work? Would love to know who's interested!

I haven't posted on here much lately because it's difficult to keep up with multiple social media accounts 😅 and we've been focusing on building up the account with the shop opening soon (more info to be announced in the New Year...)

What have you been up to on this bank holiday? At my house we've just spent the last nearly 4 hours doing this puzzle from it was challenging but fun! Glad we went for the 250 piece as a first one instead of the 1000 😅

Unfortunately during one of our regular LFTs, Caroline has tested positive for Covid so we will be unable to offer our free sling check service this Thursday (tomorrow) at Little Pickles

However, Katy will still be there to natter about nappies, drink coffee and generally chat all things life and babies! (And maybe try the new pancakes while she's there...) 🍰🥞☕👶

Please be assured; anything that has been previously booked to hire will be quarantined overnight and available in the external lockboxes as arranged, which are disinfected regularly. We will continue to minimise risk of transmission and make sure we perform regular testing so we are able to provide this much needed service to all our customers

Loving this autumn weather and that it's still t-shirt weather! My kids have got super into scooting lately and want to take their scooters everywhere so we had a fun scoot around Poole park today and went to 2 playgrounds!
