“I was very wary of PTs and the gym…”
This is more common than you’d think.
The goal is simple—help people feel comfortable, build confidence, and know when to push (and when not to).
That’s where the real progress happens.

“Respects how I like to train.”
That’s what good coaching should be.
Everyone’s different—some people like to keep their head down and just focus, others prefer more interaction.
The key is building something that works for you.

This is Tina.
At the start, even bodyweight squats and lunges felt tough.
Now? 140kg on the leg press.
More importantly—stronger, more confident, and moving far better overall.
That’s real progress.

“Strength training felt daunting to try alone…”
This is something I hear all the time.
But with the right guidance, a clear plan, and a bit of support, confidence builds quickly.
That’s always the goal—helping people feel comfortable, capable, and actually enjoy their training.

Busy job.
Parent.
Low time and energy.
Still getting stronger, looking better, and feeling more motivated.
This is how it should work—training that fits around your life, not the other way round.
Whether it’s in-person or Online, the goal is the same: keep you progressing, even when life gets busy.
If that sounds like what you need, drop me a message 👍

One thing that often gets overlooked with training…
It’s not just about how you look.
Exercise has been shown to improve mood, boost energy, and reduce symptoms of low mood 📊
Some studies even show similar benefits to other common treatments.
And it doesn’t come from smashing yourself in the gym.
It comes from:
• moving regularly
• building strength 💪
• looking after your body
The physical changes are great.
But more often, what people notice first is:
Better energy ⚡
Clearer head
More resilience day to day
Feeling more like yourself again.
It’s not just about visible abs, weight loss, or bigger lifts.
It’s about how you feel going about your day.
More positive.
More capable.
Better able to handle what life throws at you.
That’s what good training really gives you 👍

Over 50.
15 years out of the gym.
Low confidence getting started again.
5 weeks later… stronger, fitter, and feeling like himself again.
This is exactly why I do what I do.
No extremes—just a structured plan, clear coaching, and building things back up at the right pace.
If this sounds familiar, drop me a message 👍
If weight training feels a bit intimidating, you’re not alone.
A couple of sessions apart.
At the beginning, movements like this can feel awkward and unfamiliar.
You’re thinking about where your hips go, what your back is doing, whether it feels right.
That’s completely normal.
Learning to move like this properly is one of the most useful things you can do in the gym.
It helps you lift safely, protect your back, and build real strength through your hips and legs.
A few sessions later, it already starts to look different.
More control.
More confidence.
Less overthinking.
That’s how progress is meant to work.
Not rushing to lift heavy.
Not trying to get it perfect straight away.
Just learning the movement, building confidence, and taking it step by step.
There’s always something to improve, session to session.
But it’s not about perfection —
it’s about gradually getting better and feeling more confident as you go.
That’s where real strength starts.

January’s here.
A few weeks ago I wrote about two December paths.
No judgement — just two very different outcomes.
So here’s the honest question:
Which one did you end up on?
If December drifted and you’re feeling a bit flat, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It just means now is your moment to reset — calmly, without punishment.
And if you stayed moving, even a little, you’ve already built momentum you can carry forward.
Either way, January isn’t about starting perfectly.
It’s about starting intentionally.
