Ninjas you had energy in abundance. And congratulations to Freddy, ninja of the week. Freddy and his little brother joined the Academy recently and he has been so caring towards his younger brother, shows really great focus and listening during the class. Great effort, keep it up.

Congratulations to junior of the week Archie, you have really grown in confidence in the classes and your line work was outstanding this evening.

Adults as always you put in 100%, thank you for making my evenings so much fun. I’m a very lucky instructor to have such incredible members across all classes.

Is grading week - here’s some details for you :-

- be in full GR uniform with your belt on
- be on time
- go to the toilet before you start
- take a drink
- attend class whether your grading or not

Just do what you normally do in class and you’ll be all good - you will NOT have been selected to grade if you weren’t ready
