ALSO i am still having good/bad days with this depression crap but i am slowly trying to get back into work..i cant thank you all enough the last few months with msges etc etc..im trying sooo hard everyday to get back to normality,and yes some days are better than others,then the slightest thing will pop into my head and bang,back to rock bottom again,emotions,tears etc etc all over the place..I WILL msge you soon regarding window cleaning..thank you everyone.x

I have NOT been upto my normal 100% the last few months and im SO Sorry to you all(Honestly)
my friends and my window cleaning customers...

it is taking ALOT for me to admit this to you all but...I have been hit with a HUGE bout of DEPRESSION at the moment(and i dont no why?)just sayin that my eyes have filled up(Honestly)(sorry).i am currently at very low place of NO Self asteem,lack of confidence,NO motivation what so ever,wanting to stay home,trying not to go out,unless i have my skates on(im happy then.lol).if it wasn't for my sub contracting work i dont know where i would be right now..im drinking tooo much but,its always under control as i can go days without(3days this week)To be honest with you all,I AM STRUGGLING BIGTIME(as tears drop from my eyes,thats the 100%truth)I have NOT replied to ALL your phone calls,msges etc etc as I Don know what to do at the moment..I Am SOOOO sorry everyone..the pic is myself with tears in my eyes but trying to hide it(bigtime)..thank you for listening folks...I'm Sorry everyone..

Hi all..i was hoping to get my outstanding work done before xmas,but it looks like 2moro is a no go weather wise..thursday is the better day at the mo so if u dont mind me working in the dark i will try my very best to get as much done as i possibly can(which is alot).i hope u have a great xmas n new year.

Hi all..to my family and friends,as u no after the year ive had seperating/getting divorced and dad passing this month,im not doing ANYTHING for xmas this year,no cards,presents im not even cooking,maybe abit selfish,heartless etc etc but i dont care.i will probably go for a skate and thats about it,whenever ive been on my own xmas,birthdays are just another day to me anyway..i would just like to say thank u to EVERYONE who has been there for me this year,family,friends,customers i couldnt ask for a better bunch of people to be around.BIG HUGS and sending lots of LOVE to u all and your family this xmas,have a good one folks..Merry Xmas to u all..
