We have had a bit of a damp day for our Charity day, which saw a massive start however the weather decided to put a stop to the coaching, so we had a q&a with Danny and Marcus, raffle and BBQ followed by lots of cake!
We have pencilled in the 8th October for part 2 as we can’t let the rain stop us!

Thanks to Bright Ideas for Tennis and to everybody that came along and stuck out the weather, make sure to keep an eye out on the rearranged date!

Just had word Marcus Willis is coming down to the club for the open day on Sunday he played Federer on centre court in 2016!
There is two coaching session chances with him and Danny Sapsford we are low on adult numbers so get yourself booked on!

Not only that there is a chance to play a tie breaker against him in a doubles, you can sign up via we code or via our website in bio! Why not come down and support your club, it’s going it be an amazing day!

We are looking forward to our open day event on Sunday 17th September, we have lots happening on and off the court, on the court with coaching and exhibitions from Bright Ideas for Tennis chief Danny Sapsford ex Davis Cup pro, and a 1999 battle against Sampras at the 3rd round of Wimbledon! BBQ, raffles, cakes, and other stalls….
Entry is free, on-court coaching for U10 is FREE, we are asking for a small fee for on-court coaching as the aim is to raise funds for our growing community outreach programs.

Absolutely brilliant day on court today, every court busy from 9am until 5pm today! Kicking off we have had 4 courts of Adult coaching, 2x Mixed doubles Dorset league match versus Swanage, Mini coaching programme Year R to 5 throughout the morning, our adult club session from 1pm using 4 astro courts, 121 coaching and our first Free match session for mini/junior players, all on a chilly March day! Bring on the summer!

We are running a free match practice session for Mini/junior players who are accessing coaching but want a taste of what matches are all about and gain valuable experience. Find out more via link below or contact Chris for more info.
