I am happy to share that I am putting together a series of 4 workshops focusing on drills, tips and tricks Iβve learned over the years to help with handstand and arm balance practice. I am not nearly pro but regular practice made a huge impact in my progress in many ways.
And I would like to share them with you!
This will be a 2hrs long workshop / masterclass where you will be led through a series of drills, breakdowns and going upside down during the session (only if you want of course)
The time and place will be confirmed upon enough booking, but it will take place in/around Southbourne!
The first class is planned on the 23rd of March (Saturday) 2:30-4:30pm.

My cat Aslan hasn't been back for his breakfast, which is very unlike him. Always comes back within an hour or so. I am afraid he's stuck in somewhere, please check sheds, garages etc. in BH5 area, Parkwood rd. Southbourne. Also trained to react for whistle.
He is microchipped and was wearing a red collar with my phone number on. He usually stays around, doesn't go far π

Little update for the rest of this year -
Class is on as usual this week, next week 24/11/23 CANCELLED - I am away my self to Yoga elsewhere βΊοΈ
December schedule will depend on interest- please get in touch if you WANT to practice in the last couple of weeks of December π -22/12/23 & 29/12/23
I know it can be a busy time of the year, and I would like to give you the space and practice if you needed.
However in case of no interest, the classes will be cancelled and return back again in January π€

Restore and reset with yin and meditation in a 2 hour long blissful journey every 4th week on Fridays starting the
13th of October.
I this class you will be led through by Sabrina and Gizella using elements of breathwork, meditation and yin yoga. The first offering on the 13th of October coincides with the new moon, also called New Hunterβs moon of this autumn.
Connecting to lunar energies can provide grounding and a sense of direction. This month, the New Moon singβs of libra will give you the opportunity to set and focus your personal intention using the good energies of this cycle.
Gizella will start with a cleansing breathwork to clear out the clutter and focus the mind to prepare you for your journey through self. It will help you to deepen your mind and body connection and ease you into stillness.
Sabrina will then guide you through a series of Yin Shapes held for 3 to 5 minutes in order to allow the muscles to relax and work on the connective tissues. She will combine the practice with teaching you how to gently massage a few acupressure points to emphasise the therapeutic aspect of the practice. Energetically this will allow stimulation and removal blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body and enhances the flow of chi in the organs. This is a meditative practice where you can explore how softening and letting go using the breath can bring a deeper mind-body connection, a calm mind and a sense of release and resilience.
We will offer gentle hands on adjustments using essential oils, we will help you relax and get rid of all the stress and anxiety.
