Timi working hard last couple weeks gaining strength in his shot ready for he tournament this weekend in Cardiff.
gaining balance on a back trail can be tough so counterbalance to keep the power flow is useful.

DSC Girls academy week 2 was a blast. focusing on our shooting and contested layups. everyone got stuck in and was another amazing session.
