Just a bit of news : I will be taking a sabbatical from teaching Pilates for a while ... this page will remain active so if I start to teach again,all details will be published on here . Wishing you all a very happy Christmas and a lovely New Year in 2019.... for all my clients, some who have been coming along for 10 years and for those who have just been coming a few months it has been a pleasure to teach you and see you make amazing progress over that time ! Keep up the Pilates and keep making the time to invest in yourself ! Take care for now 😀

Hi hope you are well! So we have two more classes in this block before the summer break. I will restart classes on September 11 th at the regular times . It will be a 6 week block running from 11 th sept to the 16 th October. Let me know if you would like to re-enrol as places are limited to 12 in each class. There is also a small price increase of £0.50 / week, So cost will be £51 for the 6 weeks in total. See you tonight and if not don’t forget to let me know if you want to rebook :) thanks lucy

Hi Pilates peeps :) just to say I am aware that tomorrow night it’s all going to be very exciting as England is playing at 7 pm .... I will still be running the classes but totally understand if you feel you need to stay at home :) just do some Pilates whilst you watch 😂⚽️🇬🇧

Last class of our spring block tonight. Next one starts on Tuesday 5 th June and runs for 7 weeks (£56) let me know if you would like to re-enrol for the summer 💪😊☀️

Happy Easter, the new 6 week block starts on 17 th April at either 6.30 pm or 7.35pm. I have a few spaces so message me if you want to join up or know someone else who does. £48
