Imagine feeling like you have it all together
You have a good home, you enjoy your job, you have a loving family, maybe some ungrateful kids too
But generally speaking it is all going well
You even have time to train and ‘look after yourself’
But you don’t really like the way you look, you often feel tired, and you are short with colleagues and family members
Maybe you go out more then you should? Maybe you drink too much? Not eat enough of the right stuff? It’s not clear to you one way or the other
But you train hard, and regularly, so surely that means you’re doing what you need to in order to live a happy and ‘healthy’ lifestyle
Nope, that can’t be it, you shouldn’t feel how you feel, wrecking yourself in the gym, with little to no reward. Working long hours to provide for the family - feeling like you being stretched further and further
No respite, or time for yourself other than what you think the gym offers you
The issue that you have is that you really are working harder not smarter
Things you think requite the most focus are being ignored, and those that don’t are given too much
That was Ed’s focus for a lot of the time before we started working together
He initially wanted to add a bit of size and the goals in general were very paper thin and aesthetically based
�But after some time together he realised just what he was able to achieve, and give back to his family, and his career, without having to do more
Tweaks to his day to day, how he recovered and looked after his mental healthier allowed him to finally breathe and be happy
Not just with how he looked, but how he was able to perform, in more ways than one
He now lifts more than ever, looks his best ever, ran further than ever, all whilst running a business and maintaining a happy home

But what does it cost?
It’s a question we ask god knows how many times a day
But more often than not don’t worry about it too much
Until that number crosses a line in our brains and we decide ok that’s worth it, or its too expensive
And the key point to make here is well do you think something is worth it
How much will it cost to keep putting yourself 2nd?
Many of the things I have listed on the next slide are things that typically don’t last very long
Its all about the short term gratification and waiting for the weekend to arrive and before you know it it’s over and you wonder where all the money was spent
Now I am not saying you should live like a monk, and stay in 24/7 no socialising and enjoying what life has to offer
But what if instead you asked how much is your own health and fitness worth to you, your partner, family…
Because I can pretty much guarantee that if you invested in yourself, the time, effort, and yes money to make a change in your life
It isn’t something you can put a price on, and you’ll only ask why didn’t you do it sooner!

Why should you consider joining up?
A question that each one of the following clients asked themselves

2024 is gonna be my year…
Didn’t you say something similar last year?
Maybe even the year before?
The summer is over, and even with some intermittent sunshine during this Autumnal season you are looking ahead to the end of one year and the beginning of another
Annoyed the chance you had to get in shape and be happy with how you looked and felt seems to have now passed
So tell me how it makes sense to wait another two months to make a start?
What you really need is the push to help decide that waiting is an illusion
As if what you need is another 10 weeks or so to be able to put it all together
You need to see it as a head start and putting yourself in the best possible position come the start of the year
�And to help make that all a reality is a coach that can help put all the pieces of the puzzle together

How to create new positive habits and work on others that are holding you back

Imagine the feeling fitting into something you were always scared to try on
But you’ve been used to buying the size too big just to play it safe
Hiding yourself away

Accident or not discovering that it’s all paying off even without the scales is a huge win

“𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲“
I looked in the mirror today and I didn’t really like what I saw
It had hit me that I had let myself go 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 and was letting myself down, and not leading by example
How many times a day do you see your own reflection?
Does something about what you see make you unhappy?
Have you ever given it real thought?
Often we come to the same conclusions, and we want to;
- 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘁
- 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
- 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀

But why?
I had to stop and think for a second
Is it because I think losing some fat would make me more attractive?
And why is that important?
Because I want to keep my partner happy
Again, why?
Because I don’t want to be alone
I want to be loved and I know that would make me happy, and she would be happy too!
BINGO!
These are the kind of emotions and feelings you need to tap into
Sometimes they can be difficult conversations with yourself
But they are necessary in order to move past what may be holding you back
These feelings are not to be ignored but utilised for fuel to keep pushing you forward
Pushing yourself to eat better, train harder, be more accountable to yourself will all add up over time
So when you do walk past the mirror you will smile, because you are loved
And you are as a result a much more happier healthier person
