Went on a run after work and saw this little fella!
Only 2 more shifts to go and I will FINALLY have a day off ๐๐ผ.
My day off was supposed to be Tuesday but I had training. So havenโt had a complete day off yet since Friday last week. I still wonโt, until the weekend
Training will then finally be able to continue! ๐ซ

Iโve hit my longest distance so far!
11km ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ ๐ช๐ผ
P.s.. I havenโt hurt my leg, I had surgery in January for suspected skin cancer. I have been advised to keep the scar covered for 12 months so that it doesnโt get premature exposure to UV.
All is well ๐๐

Took a rest day today, off out with my friends tonight. And will be back out doing my half marathon training tomorrow.

Yesterdays training went well!
Didnโt quite match the timing of previous weeks, however. The run itself felt personally really good. The lovely weather also helped! ๐คญโ๏ธ.
There were 627 of us running yesterday.
233 of us females completed the run, I completed it in position 158 out 233 ๐๐ผ ๐ช๐ผ
Today and tomorrow left at work and I have the whole weekend off to train ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ ๐ช๐ผ
just a few more shifts at work to get through and then i have a day off.. you know what that means... i will be back out and training for this half marathon, watch this space :)

First Parkrun done since being ill. Was SO pleased with my time, only added on 1 minute 34 seconds from my original timing. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ผ
IM BAAAAACK!
After having an infection on the lungs, Iโm finally better! Iโve not been able to run for almost a month.
So to go again today and only added 1 minute onto my 5k time in the process.. well happy with that!
Training can finally continue ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
I am feeling loads better. Iโve been back at work since Wednesday and getting back into the routines.
Hopefully Tuesday will be the day I can continue my training plan again for the half marathon. (Tuesday is my next day off work)
