INFLATABLE WEDNESDAY 💥🏰

We hope everyone had a fantastic time today at camp. This was the first day we had inflatables! After the roaring success of the day we are planning to do this once a week throughout summer (looking at Tuesdays).

We still have one more day of camp tomorrow with the afternoon consisting of mini Olympics with water activities! 💦 🔫

We advise bringing a towel, however we won’t be using the slip and slide or buckets so children won’t get drenched.

💥 May Half Term Sports Camp starts tomorrow! 💥

If your child is attending our sports camp this week, please make sure your child brings a sun hat and has sun cream applied. They can bring suncream as well to put on throughout the day if needed ☀️🧢

Children are also encouraged to bring a towel, as we will be using water guns during the afternoons on both Tuesday and Thursday (participation is optional). Unlike our usual summer Water Wednesdays, we will not be using buckets or slip-and-slides, so children are unlikely to get soaked, although they may still get a little wet. 💦

This was not originally advertised, but with the high temperatures expected, we thought it would be a fun activity for everyone to enjoy. We will also ensure children spend limited time in direct sunlight and have access to air-conditioned classrooms, shelters/marquees, both halls, and the woodland area throughout the day.

Early Drop Off - 8am = £5 extra per day
Late Pick Up - 4pm = £5 extra per day

Tuesday - Nerf Gun Wars - Children can build their own bases and take part in Nerf Gun battles

Thursday - Mini Olympics - Olympic themed sports day afternoon with relays, hurdles and obstacle courses. If the weather is nice we may use the Water Guns! (You do not need to bring a towel or change of clothes as children will not get very wet).

All other normal activities will continue as always including Springfield Woodland activities everyday! 🌲

We hope everyone enjoyed our Easter Sports Camp over the past 2 weeks! We had over 150 children attend with many new faces being welcomed!

We will be running our camp at Bovingdon Academy again in the May Half Term with new timings and theme days introduced. We will be trialling an early and late drop off option for those parents requiring longer hours and we will also be hosting an inflatables afternoon! 🏰
