Find a little time to exercise each day and you’ll boost your energy, improve your mood, promote better sleep and reduce stress. As well as strengthening your heart, improving blood circulation, increasing muscle tone and enhancing flexibility.
If you’ve not got the time, get your little one/s involved. This is why I allow my lovely fit mums to bring their baby/ies (BYOB) to their session. I can help with the entertainment while guiding you through your super tough but super safe fit mum workouts.

Adjusting to a new work life balance over here so I apologise for my lack of social interaction.
I missed being apart of a fitness family so went out on a limb and got in contact with a local Pilates studio. Now here I am working along side an amazing team helping incredible people move their bodies. It’s amazing to have a team to bounce ideas off and get the creative juices following. This is what was missing from my life.
I think I’ve got the balance right and I’m one happy fit mum.

Let the enthusiasm of the group be your fuel.
I love my online fitness family! Watching the squares of movement in front of me, it fuels and drives me. Everyone works so hard!! I especially love my dedicated Saturday morning class, they leave me on a high for the rest of the weekend.
If you’re looking for an online fitness family, is amazing. A full timetable of online classes (some of them with me) including Pilates, Yoga and Zumba for a monthly fee.
