Have you ever wondered why some clients simply don’t respond to the exercises you expected would help?

Our understanding of movement continues to evolve, and one of the most exciting areas is the role of fascia and the body’s myofascial sling systems.

Join us for this engaging 2-hour CPD workshop, where we’ll explore how these interconnected systems influence movement, stability and function—and how this knowledge can enhance the way you teach Pilates.

This workshop combines practical theory with movement, helping you bridge the gap between anatomy and application, so you leave with ideas you can immediately use in your own teaching.

During the workshop we’ll explore:
✨ The role of fascia in efficient movement.
✨ Understanding the body’s core sling systems.
✨ How movement is influenced by interconnected chains rather than isolated muscles.

We have just a couple of spaces remaining on our next Level 3 Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Certification, starting 20th June.

Whilst you’ll learn the full classical and contemporary Reformer repertoire, you’ll also gain valuable knowledge that extends far beyond the equipment itself.

Our healthcare-led training includes dedicated Clinical Pilates modules covering:
