There’s something so exciting about that very first meeting.

These photos from our adult Strictly Brackley Town event earlier this year really say it all, the nerves, the smiles, the excitement and that first moment of meeting the person you’re about to share the whole Strictly experience with. 💃🕺

Very soon, our Strictly Brackley Town Juniors will be having that moment for themselves.

After all the rehearsals, nerves, costumes, performances and cheering… there’s nothing quite like having everyone back out on that floor together.

This is the energy we love about Strictly Brackley Town, a room full of people celebrating each other, brilliant dancing and a community coming together for something really special.

And we get to do it all again this November with Strictly Brackley Town Juniors! 💃🕺

Strictly Brackley Town is proud to be exactly that...Brackley. 💜

We love taking the dancing out into the town, celebrating the place we call home and supporting the brilliant independent businesses that make our community what it is.

Our event has always been about more than what happens on the dance floor. It’s about local people, local businesses and our community coming together to create something special.

So naturally… sometimes that means a little dancing outside the bookshop. 💃📚

A little glimpse of last year’s Bridgerton-inspired opening… ✨💜

Our adult team are already busy preparing a brand new opening number and a whole new JBDC showcase for Strictly Brackley Town Juniors this November.

We absolutely love creating these big group numbers, bringing our dancers together, filling the floor and setting the tone for a show packed with energy, community and joy.

And trust us… this year’s opening is going to be a good one. 👀

Some performances stay with you. 💜

Our juniors performing this beautiful Rumba to “You Will Be Found” was one of those moments.

Soft, emotional and full of meaning, it was such a lovely reminder of what dance can do, bring people together, build confidence and create something really special on the floor.

Strictly Brackley Town is always packed with energy, laughter and big show moments… but it’s performances like this that bring a little lump to your throat too. ✨

This November, our next group of junior heroes will take to the floor for their own Strictly experience, and we would love to fill the room with people cheering them on.

🪩 Strictly Brackley Town Juniors 2026 is coming!

20 local junior heroes. Six weeks of training. Two live shows. One very special journey. 💛

On Sunday 22nd November, our juniors will take over Brackley Leisure Centre to dance, perform and raise money for Freddie’s Future and Katharine House Hospice.

Matinee 1pm | Evening show 5.30pm

Our Strictly heroes learning the Cha-Cha together in rehearsals, plenty of concentration, plenty of laughter and a whole lot of joy along the way. 💜

Before the costumes, lights and big show moments, there are weeks like this… learning something new, cheering each other on and slowly realising just how much you’re capable of.

You do not need to be a dancer to take part in Strictly Brackley Town.

You just need to be ready to give it a go. 👀
