FLEX AND TONE age 50 +
Monday afternoons 13.15-14.15 at St Paul’s parish hall in Wokingham
Flex and tone - these weekly pay as you go £10 classes will incorporate cardio, stretching, toning, chair exercises, resistance bands and Mat work -please bring your own mat.
Exercises Will vary each week.
