Taught in a relaxed fun manor enhancing childrens love for sports and fun.

Busy karate day today, firstly a great session at our dojo where the kids smashed their training. Then a brilliant trip to Swindon Higashi Karate Kai for me to do some training in the holiday period with the fantastic Sensei Paul Cullum. He certainly put on a great session which was exactly what I needed. Thanks gang, what a day! 😁🥋🫶
