We’re so excited to announce our NEW Cyclone challenge- Gran Fondo! (it means ‘big ride’ in Italian😉)
Throughout March, challenge yourself to complete one of the following distances:
🌀SHORT (Corto) – 100km approx. 1-2 classes per week
🌀MEDIUM (Medio) – 150km approx. 2-3 classes per week
🌀LONG (Lungo) – 200km approx. 3-4 classes per week
Set your own challenge and pace, beat your personal best distance, speed & times. But there’s a twist – every rider counts towards our Club total as we go head-to-head with David Lloyd Clubs across the UK.

🚘🚨CAR PARK ETIQUETTE🚨🚘

Recently, it has been noticed that an increased number of people are parking in spaces allocated as Disabled/Parent&Child!

🅿️DISABLED PARKING♿️
Please only park here if you are a disabled badge holder and have the badge displayed correctly in your vehicle.
We understand not all disabilities are visible but these spaces are for those that need to be closer to the door/benefit from having more space to get out their car. So use this to get your steps in early🤩💙

Parent and Baby 👨‍👩‍👦🚺🚼
For these members, it truly isn’t about being closer to the club although the little legs may benefit from this also!
It’s important that these members have space to get their car seats out the car which is practically impossible in a regular space! Let alone without having to worry about wether they had grabbed the right swimming costumes as well!
They need to be able to get baby&children out safely and easily❤️

And as for regular spaces💪🏼
You may be in a rush to get to that class or meet your friend in the club room. But please take the time to ensure you are within the lines and not prohibiting another from using the facilities.

On Thursday 17th February, we are delighted to welcome back Kiddycook who are hosting an Exclusive Chocolate workshop for 5-11yr olds at 9.30-11.30. The kids will make a host of delicious chocolatey treats and have lots of fun. Priced at £25 which includes all ingredients, those joining us are sure to be in for a treat! Non members are also welcome to book on to this too meaning friends can also enjoy our fabulous Half Term fun!
