It was great to meet up with friends and teachers at the 72nd Berkshire Keep Fit Rally and AGM. We all had fun joining in the dance fit sessions with Ruth and later with Jeanette.
We also enjoyed watching the Berks and Bucks
County team performances & Chris and Helen's fab duo dance. 💃💕
Many thanks to All the Committee and helpers for making the day a great success.😊

It will be the Berkshire Keep Fit Associaton Rally and AGM on Saturday 9th May. Doors open at 11am.
Come and join us for some fun dance fit sessions, and enjoy performances by the Berks and Bucks County teams. Look forward to seeing you there. 💃💕

🌷 **Happy Mother’s Day from the Keep Fit Association!** 🌷

Today we’re celebrating all the wonderful mums, grandmothers, mother‑figures and the incredible women who inspire us to keep moving, keep smiling and keep connecting.

A special shout‑out goes to our Chair, Lynne, and her very own mum, Jackie — still proudly involved in the Keep Fit Association after all these years. Their shared love of movement and community reminds us what KFA is all about: generations supporting each other, staying active, and finding joy through dance and exercise.

To every mum in our KFA family — whether you’re teaching, taking part, cheering from the side lines, or inspiring someone to begin their fitness journey — thank you. Your strength, warmth and energy make our community shine.

Our theme today focussed on the Winter Olympics. We practised skating moves, skiing and curling with brush strokes.

After a couple of weeks with a compromised class due to my shoulder injury we are now back to normal with our laban dance fitness. 💃 🕺
Great class today All and I look forward to seeing you again on the 26th February After the half term break.
