Amazing night of new routines! Tackling the stairs at work this morning I couldn't help but giggle about the jumping lunges. 'Roll' on next week! 🎲
It's that time of year...... New routines are released this week! After using the wrong search term on Amazon and seeing things I can't now unsee, I finally managed to find the new training aids I was looking for and we're all set for Wednesday!
New K-Beatz routines will make an appearance on Wednesday...... And the first song is genius!

What an amazing 2021 we had! I've had an exciting evening creating our new set of routines and I'm sure you'll love them! I might even have some new equipment for you to enjoy......See you all on Wednesday 5th January!
1st December can only mean one thing...... Christmas Special! I've carefully listened to all your feedback over the last year and chosen your all-time favorite routines. And added a bit of Christmas sparkle to some...... See you all tonight!

Amazing new routines last night! Great to see new members and despite the comments of 'it's not possible to......', you all smashed it. And did the impossible! Same time next week, no excuses!

What an amazing few months on Zoom....but I'm super-excited to be back in-class next week. Wednesday 8.05pm ( 7.55pm for Alex).

Last 2 weeks of our usual Zoom classes then we move to a very slightly later time of 8.20pm (may be able to move this to 8.15pm if I can get back from karate in time)
